We have been coming here since we moved in this area. We stopped going as a regular because of lack of service and quality. Tonight we went in again and "LEONA" met us at the door and wasn't happy we requested a booth that was in her section I guess (maybe she was on the way out the door). Seriously, her greeting to our table was "DRINKS?" I said "drinks what?" Are you kidding me? Then she was upset because we were trying to pick out a bottle of wine and walked away while not saying anything. No water nothing while we were going to order a nice wine.... To say the least - I will NEVER return! The food is less than average and the staff are inadequate and impolite. LEONA should wear a name tag that says "I hate my job and could care less of guests that pay my paycheck." Reputation owns up to the service and poor quality. Pass! Go 8 minutes away to Times Square Neighborhood Italian restaurant! Great service great food and just about 8-10 minutes away from this location. Seriously Upper Crust absolutely SUCKS. Keep driving by! You won't be satisfied - or waste your time by getting up and leaving after 10 minutes.
