Had a fun filled evening for a friend's birthday at Proof. I love the location and the size of the lounge. The menu was inspired and the spicy chicken bites were delicious. Be warned that the "small bites" are more like "single bites", so order accordingly. The music was just loud enough to enjoy without preventing conversation. The patio is really nice but is surrounded by four high walls (the hotel and a condo building I believe). Only complaint was how early it closed. They had kicked us out of the bar around 11:30 as closing was at 12 which left us on in the lobby trying to find somewhere else to go for the remainder of the evening. Overall it was a good experience but plan your evening in advance.
