Never have I dealt with so much in competence. I truly believe knowing how to read is not a skill requirement to gain employment. Over the course of a month, 3 packages I've ordered have not been delivered properly. Once my package was put in the wrong mail slot another time I was given a key to an already open parcel box and currently no key was placed in my box to open the parcel to get my package. I just can't understand why this job is so hard for them. I called today to get an update and no one answered the phone any of the 5 times a called. On the 6th try, I was greeted with bad customer service. The person clearly was not concerned that his company had failed to do their job. He said and I quote "If they can't find it, he idk what to tell me. " the whole place needs new employees.
