I was a tenant for 2 years. The 1st year was OK but then after that the place has really gone down hill. My neighbor downstairs was disgusting and filthy and had stuff all over and it States in the lease you are not allowed to have stuff showing in your balconies. I got a notice on my door for one tote showing over the top of the balcony where is my neighbor her balcony was completely filled. The grounds are filthy dog poop everywhere. Out of the 4 apartments on my landing 2 people were evicted the last 6 months. Apparently they let anybody in. I moved out 45 days ago and I am still waiting for my refund I actually had to go to the corporate offices in Salt Lake City to get any kind of completion of my refund. Even the maintenance people that I spoke to as I was leaving were not happy with the place and we're looking for work elsewhere.
