An entirely mediocre and underwhelming dining experience. We made a reservation for Saturday night celebrating a family member's birthday and we had pretty high hopes. We can look past the noise, the yelling, the loud music...all of that is fine if the service and food are dynamite. Well, they weren't....with the exception of Kyle the manager who was fantastic. Our server couldn't have cared less about our non-trendy family: our water glasses stayed empty, there was no "how is everything?" or "can I get you anything?" My steak was so unbelievably salty I sent it back half eaten and she kept it on the bill. At 7:30 on a Saturday they ran out of salmon and cod. The birthday boy had to order chicken, which was mediocre at best. The runners had their thumbs in the food when they put the plates down on the table. A salad was brought over that we didn't order and the runner's response was "the server told me to just leave it here." They cut a large birthday cake into 5 pieces and served it, I've never seen an individual piece of cake so big in my life. Kyle stepped in and took excellent care of us which is why I'm adding the extra star, otherwise this was most certainly a one-star dinner.
