I was very pleased with their customer service over the phone and online when requesting a quote and scheduling the service. I was also very pleased with their prices in comparison to Molly Maids (it was over $100 cheaper for a "deep clean" for my size of house). The day of our scheduled cleaning, Customer Service was very communicative about when the maids would arrive (they were running a bit late, no big deal). The two maids that came to my house were friendly, but I do not feel like they were very experienced. I wanted a "deep clean". Yes, they cleaned (most of) my baseboards and dusted all the fans. But the rest of what they cleaned pretty much was what I do on a weekly basis, there was nothing "deep" about it. They seemed to spend twice the amount of time on my master bed & bath than they did on our huge kitchen & living area. They didn't emply my bathroom trashes. My kitchen counters still had random spots / crumbs on them in a multiple places. They got the crumbs off of my gas grill top stove, but did not scrub the circle things (for lack of a better word) or even clean the grill grates! They polished all of our SS appliances but left the SS hood above our over smudged / dirty. My biggest complaint is the tile floors. I would not call that "mopping", it is more like "giant swiffering". My floors do not feel clean. The giant swiffer thing they used barely even got the floors wet! That would be okay if it were a weekly cleaning, but it is NOT okay for a "deep" cleaning. AND they forgot to / skipped "mopping" the dining room entirely (not that it really matters since the rest of the floors aren't really clean anyway). I agree with a previous review that says if your house is really dirty, this would probably be a good clean for you. If your house is not a pig sty and you are looking for a true "deep clean", I recommend spending the extra money elsewhere - you get what you pay for.
