It took Embrace about 6 weeks to pay our first claims. They did pay exactly 100% of everything we thought would be covered under our plan and that was good to see. This was their first claims to pay for us and I can hope that future claims would go through more quickly now that they have our dog's medical records. I never dreamed that my beloved super super healthy little pup would end up having a heart condition. I am super glad that we had gotten this insurance before and that it will now be here to help fill-in with any expenses that might occur because of his condition or anything else that might happen. It is an added expense each month and so is having a dog. He's a family member and we take care of him just as we do anyone else in our family.
