SCAM! And don't let your children live here. The stoves are very unsafe.
This place was the worst place I have ever lived. At first everyone was friendly. But then I realized after giving a 23 day move out notice that things were about to get not-so-nice. Although my husband and I only signed a 3 month lease for purposes of moving across the country, with a verbal understanding with staff while signing us up, a 60 DAY NOTICE on a 3 MONTH LEASE was small-printed into the terms. We offered to pay up to a 30 day notice, we offered to pay up to 60 days notice if they wouldn't kill us on the ADDITIONAL month-to-month pricing while we weren't even living there!! AND we moved out 7 days before the end of our 3 months. They absolutely refused! They would not accept any action other than paying a ridiculous 60 day notice on a 3 month lease. So beware of this !
We also reached out to the regional manager - Armando. Very difficult man to get in touch with and he avoided our phone calls like the plague, instead he continued to stick us back on the staff at Desert Club who were obviously the scammers to begin with.
Also- the stoves in the apartments are very unsafe. The stoves leak gas if you're not VERY careful to have the knobs just in the right spot.
They will nickel and dime you in carpet fees too btw. And you better know their rules on online rent payments or they'll take your money there too.
