Levi promised me he would replace a glass case that his team broke or he would reimburse me if he couldn't find someone to fix it. After several months of follow-up calls from me asking for a status report and him telling me he was still searching for someone to fix it and asking me to be patient, eventually he texted back saying I had the wrong # (even though the number he texted back from is still the same phone # being advertised here on Yelp and elsewhere online a year later). All this after showing up with less guys than promised for our move, taking double the time for the job than quoted, and leaving the moving truck in my office building's parking lot overnight and pissing off my landlord. Avoid this guy at all costs.
