Seriously.. this coming from a girl that hated "gyms", had no idea of where to start, hated the thought of working out.. I was that girl that wished I was "that girl" that had the desire to workout. This is a part of my life now and couldn't be more grateful for something that has me coming back for more 4-5x's a week. I've found my second home. You won't find a more empowering, uplifting, encouraging, FUN, group of women where there is zero judging. Nothing but good stuff and can't rave enough about Jabz North Scottsdale. The owner, Kim and the trainers.. well that's another post because they're that awesome. I've just completed my first month today actually - best workout and decision ever!! You know it's a good workout when our strong trainers get their butts whooped too!! You want results? I already have them in just a month!! #Jabz4life
