Pretty much the worst customer service I've ever experienced anywhere. I went out to there kiosk outside where there is supposed to be someone to receive you so that you can pay for a car wash, and there was no one there. I asked one of the people working there if I was supposed to go inside but I could not find anybody who could speak English. So I went inside and again could not find anybody who could speak English. So I went back outside to the kiosk where I knew I had bought a car wash before, and proceeded to wait for 20 minutes until the manager came out and I was finally able to talk to somebody who could speak English. However, the manager was very rude and unapologetic for the extremely long wait time that I had experienced. I would recommend any other car wash in town over this place. Terrible Herbst lives up to their name, they are simply terrible.
