I have only been here twice. The first time was an oil change, which went fine. The 2nd time was to get new spark plugs. They wanted to charge me $1200 to put in 8 plugs, which seemed expensive for the generic plugs. The guy told me they quote high in case the spark plugs break but if none did then the price would be $360 lower. I took it to sears auto at meadows mall and they put in 8 of the platinum spark plugs for $560. Im happy i went to sears instead. Still had to pay $107 at firestone for diagnosis. They seem nice tho. I kinda have mixed feelings but im going to sears auto from now on.
