Century link sucks. Don't even think about getting service here. Trying to charge my grandma $200 for early termination fee when she was only TRYING century link out. And I came in some time this week to take back my router I didn't need like I told customer support twice I didn't need. Anyways they said I'll be getting internet for 19.99 because I spoke to some manager over the phone then 9.99 for a router so it came out to be like 35 . Anyways my bill is suppose to be around 24/25 with taxes and now they're saying I would need a land line to get it that price. Total BULLSHIT . they're rotten liars and the signal sucks on top of that.
