I can't say everything was bad. The internet did work better than any other service. Just don't believe they will do anything more than hook up or cancel your service. As far as personal goes. It's lucky if you talk to anyone. I think it's not the employees but the company that trains for sales and not a satisfied customer. This store along with all others gotta remember who pays for their profits
