Came in here after my desktop was fried, spoke with Tony. He took a look at my computer and tested it out right in front of me. He probably thought I knew nothing about computers with how he explained things to me, but I was following along and he never tried to throw in gibberish to upsell me like an auto repair would have. He confirmed that what was wrong was more costly to fix than to just get a new unit, which I suspected but liked the second opinion. Took him through my computer needs and he agreed that the ones in the store weren't suited for my work, so I left. If I ever have any computer issues I know to come back here without question~
