Have had the worst experience this holiday season. Spent over $100 on a photo quilt for my parents. The first quilt we received was falling apart at the seems. They sent us a new one (which arrived after Christmas now because they were "too busy" to send it in time for Christmas), and now the new one is distorted colors and multiple photos have people's heads cut off or are zoomed in too far. They ordered the replacement one for us from the same file as the old one without changing anything, so I know it was not an issue with how the photos were entered in.
Additionally, ordered a ceramic ornament that was sent in a very thin envelope with no padding whatsoever. Of course arrived broken into multiple pieces.
This is ridiculous. I will not be ordering from them again.
