The so-so bubble tea itself is a 3 at best but their regular tea and the tea room at the back is what will get me to come back again. The staff are friendly and they use the right temperature to brew their tea (not scorching hot nor lukewarm like most bbt places). If you love jasmine tea like I do, please get the rose jasmine tea with less sugar. You won't be disappointed. Also, the tea room at the back has a wide seating area furnished with vintage styled Chinese chairs. Along the walls, there are beautiful displays of Japanese tea sets and Chinese pu'er tea + bookcases of various asian tea pieces. There's also a tea station with tapestry that elevated the whole atmosphere that I'd have never expected if I haven't dropped by. If you want to sit down to chat with friends or enjoy some tea while working, they have free wifi too. Totally rad.
