For those of us who are not so talented in the kitchen and do not make our own pies, this is the next best thing. Although I haven't been to the bakery itself, the owner often has a stand at the Charlotte Regional Farmers Market and several times I have bought and enjoyed her wonderful pies.
She sells large and small pies. The large are 9" and the small are 4" and come in various flavors of fruit, cream, meat, vegetable and more. My personal favorites are the apple, peach and pumpkin. The pies are filled with lots of homemade goodness.
