I don't think this place has been here long. The lower half of the building is a Courtyard while the top is a Residence Inn. The residence inn includes breakfast. Served in a large room on the 4th floor. The options are adequate for my needs including oatmeal, Greek yogurt, fruit, and nuts.
The gym is on the 2nd floor and is larger than many Marriott gyms. I can always find an elliptical, treadmill, or incline bike. There are dumbbells up to 50 lbs along with three benches.
The front desk staff have been friendly and the valet crew are solid. I have also worked with the marketing team due to a long stay and they were able to assist with many details and special rates.
Solid team. Recommended location. Close to many restaurants and the Talking Stick sports center.
