UPDATE: I wanted to update this review on account of Mr. McKay personally reaching out to me.
Not only did Mr. McKay contact me to apologize for the experience I had, he also went out of his way to offer to make things right. I was thoroughly impressed that he took the time to hear me out. We discussed what had happened, and he agreed that things should not have gone the way they did. More importantly, he assured me that things would not go that way again in the future (for me or anyone). The sincerity in his voice alone made me reconsider my previous judgment about his shop; and I agreed to put the past experience behind me, and give him another opportunity to demonstrate the quality of his shop's services.
