I have lived in a KRK property for 2 years and still have no complaints. The only reason I'm going to move out is because I am graduating and leaving the state. Kevin and Dominique are friendly, responsive and always willing to help.
Any maintenance request was responded to so quickly, my head spun. My kitchen sink started leaking and by the time I put a bowl under the sink to lessen any damage, I was getting a call from the repair man to set up a time to let him in. It was fixed within 24 hours. Same happened when my heater wouldn't start after using A/C for months. Within 24hrs I had made an appt to get it fixed and he came within a day or so. Extremely efficient.
I had some roommate troubles and even though there was nothing they were able to do, they helped me go through my lease so I knew where I stood legally.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Tempe home!
