I'm sad to report that this place just lost a customer. I needed a late night dinner, so hit up their website to order online. Ordering was fairly straight forward, though had no "special instructions" space, so I called them when I was on the way, to ask that they leave cheese and croutons off of my salad. I intentionally ordered regular french fries, because I can't eat cheese. My Classic Gyro Plate was coming out of the kitchen as I arrived. I got home to find my fries smothered in feta and parmesan, NO RICE at all, and a side Caesar salad (I paid an extra $2.69) that consisted of under 3 oz of chopped romaine lettuce (they left the cheese & croutons off that as asked, but what a rip-off). I had been to this place before, and the food was OK, but this was a very disappointing experience, one I won't repeat. The place is run by college students who don't seem to care about customer service or accuracy, and their prices are higher than they should be. There are 4 other restaurants in the same shopping center, and 2 or 3 others within 200 feet. Seriously, Munchies Cafe is way better!
