As a long time Bank of America customer : I. Hated. Banks. Chase is everything B of A isn't. Here, the employees are sincerely friendly and actually look for a way to help you rather than look for a way to get out of helping you. If you need a manager for anything they find a way to accompodate you rather than BA where they hide behind a big policy book that says the anawer to every question is "No" A perfect example is making a deposit- B of A gets all pissy if you don't write our your full address and phone number on a deposit slip (stupid!!) Chase doesn't even ask for one, they do it for you! They also have a drive-through (Unlike BA) and much longer hours. I had been with B of A for 20+years and never realized how bad they sucked.
