Just a BMW dealership, no the best to speak of tho. Service manager is sort of rude with his employees and maybe one of the reasons the service advisors are sort of arrogant with customers. Sales department are not the most efficient sales people either. I had the interest of looking at new or newer vehicle than mine since I was there for service and the sales person interest was very poor. I notice the valet people were really nice and dedicated. As the receptionist. Honestly, I will not take my car for service there again. And I will decently not buy my next vehicle there at all.
