the front desk is horrible!!!!!!!! the person that answer the Phone and the person theresa have no customer service at all!
i wanted to speak with the office manager and she, was gone for the day, so i asked theresa when should i get a call back? she, said when ever she feels like? i'm like really? so i tried to make a appointment to talk to some one in person instead. theresa said they do not have appointments for that i would have to be a walk in,i told here i don't want to wait like a hour as a walk in, theresa could care less did not try to be help me at all! i been going there for a few years and i have never had a issue in-till i ask a simple question are you in network or out of network for my husband insurance!!!
