Yesterday I took my wife's car to have a flat tire repaired. I was there before they open and was the only customer. They opened 5 minutes late. When I walked in I said good morning and was not greeted back. The associate behind the counter seemed bothered and was not pleasant. I approached counter and explained I needed to get a tire repaired. He said that he did not have any tire techs in today to fix it. Then he said all these cars are in front of you. I was the first customer of the day. As we were talking never a smile and he was rudely tapping his fingers on the counter. He said I could leave the car and maybe he can have someone look at it. I declined. This is the second poor customer service issue I have had at this location and will not be back. This associate should not be in a customer based industry. I went to Ted Weins and they took care of my car quickly and with great customer service.
