I seriously don't understand the unkempt owner slamming down drinks. Does he not take this business seriously? We were fully aware of him wandering around and, frankly, felt uncomfortable.
Get a handle on service, time of food to table and the food itself. We can't go back or make a positive review until these things are addressed. I was SO hoping this was THE new, cool place to go in Gilbert but I was so disappointed. Good beer, but that's about all. I don't understand the table/booth seating set up either.
OWNERS..stop focusing on your own drinks and start focusing on service, food, atmosphere and the customer experience. It's not just about the dogs.
