I don't normally run to the internet to complain about my customer experience, but Honda has the worst customer service I think I've ever experienced. Please don't ever lease a car through them or buyout a lease from them. Or anything involving Honda for that matter. This has been the most dragged out process and most ridiculous process I've ever experienced as a customer. Everything was cleared through USAA, all forms signed, titles released, etc. and when we called they told us we are not customers of Honda and they can't give us any information on the account. This is the second car we've purchased from Honda. We're already making payments on this car and I can't drive it. Please avoid Honda at all costs! Complete pain in the ass!
