We have had our unit since 1998. I can't stand drinking other peoples city water now. Worth every penny!! Only 1 time did I have a problem, it was after 10 years and the timer broke, a plastic piece became brittle. The part was covered under warranty. When we downsize to a smaller house I will get another unit from them.
