I bought my own Beemer in April 2015 and have always experienced excellent customer service at Chapman! Tony DeSalvo is the Representative who typically helps me out in the service department. He is always very professional and courteous, as are the other employees I have come in contact with. David Hernandez has also been extremely helpful when I visit the service center. My vehicle has been serviced a few times since I purchased it- once to have the auto start/stop switch disabled (glad that was an option) and another couple of times because it was having an issue with one of the sensors going off (ended up needing a replacement part). Each time I was greeted with a warm welcome and was able to get a nice loaner vehicle. The issues were resolved in a timely manner, regular maintenance performed, and it was all covered under warranty. My car was always cleaned inside and out and I left each visit a satisfied customer. My husband owned a Beemer for several years between 2006-2014 and this was his go-to dealership. Now it is mine. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for outstanding quality and customer service!
