There Fiat division has an Assistant GM who is a money hungry non-professional egotistical moron. Rude, shady and made a financial error on paperwork that cost over $850 extra out of pocket, that we feel was done on purpose. No snack/drink service, paperwork took forever and no " Thank you we appreciate your business" when leaving. Getting a hold of the GM is an ordeal as well, only in one day a week? I want his job! If it wasn't that the car is great this whole thing would have been a waste of time. Live and learn. Will not recommend this dealership to anyone.
