This is absolutely a great place for dining with an empty stomach. And when I say empty please do fast 12 hours prior to coming because the plates are ginormous served with heaping mound of food. If you've never been here don't forget to bring your mom, dad, sister, brother, heck the entire town while you're at it. You'll still have enough leftovers to take home with you.
They'll start you off with bread. Ask them for the olive oil and balsamic vinegar because they don't just give it. Look up on the wall and you'll find a brightly lit marquee, which has the full menu. Great idea to save money on menus & trees, bad idea for people with poor eye sight. I just pulled up the menu on my phone. No biggie. You can pick any type of pasta and any sauce to your liking and they will gladly make it.
With just a party of three we had an appetizer and one entree for sharing. It was more than enough to be extremely full and to have leftovers.
For the appetizer we had the meat stuffed mushrooms, which were amazing. Tasted like a juicy meatball on top of a mushroom.
For the entree we opted for the linguini with bolognese sauce. The noodles were al dente and the thick meaty sauce was just perfect. On the table there's shaved Parmesan. Don't forget to add that to everything!
Overall great flavor, awesome service, cool ambiance, and the pricing is just right.
Tip: Do make reservations on holidays & weekend dinners. Lunch time during the week seems to have plenty of open seating.
Sit at the bar if you're coming in for a quick "small bite" (really it's normal portion-sized). They have great HH.
