Ordered multiple arrangements over the phone for family members who live in town.
1. Phone support was professional, helpful and knowledgeable.
2. Were able to discuss budget and what can happen for each price point without feeling pressured.
3. The staff understood my need to send flowers to multiple people, but to have the arrangments look different. (Hey, they are goign to get together over the holiday.. and when they compare notes I didn't want them to think they got something that was cookie cutter.)
4. All our recipients were delighted with the flowers.
5. Timely delivery with email confirmation. (Great for handling long distance communication!)
