I made a huge mistake three years ago when I bought a recliner from this store. I was convinced by the sales person to go with a high grade fabric and Guardsmen fabric protection.
When I reported a problem to the store I was told I needed to contact Guardsmen. I contacted Guardsmen and learned that the "great" "fantastic" plan that this store sold me was not worth the paper it was printed on.
Poor customer service, high pressure sales and disreputable business practices.
