I'm giving it one star 'cause I can't give ZERO. Some incompetent lady at the passport office scheduled an appointment for me. The supervisor DON RAMEIRO comes out to me after 40 days of waiting saying that there is no appointment scheduled. And guess what - myself, my wife and my son we all took days off to be present there, according to the regulations. They don't provide a confirmation for the appointment and afterwards have the guts to say that I did not make that appointment. If you make an appointment at this PO ask for a confirmation or tape the conversation. What a bunch on INCOMPETENTS!! For these people customer service is fairy tales. Do you hear that post master Troy Eber?
