The manager @ the Southpark location Ulrike Hood, is one of the worst customer services representatives I have ever encountered. My husband bought me a portfolio that I didn't like & on attempting to return it to the store, this so called manager, insulted us in front of the rest of the customers by very rudely explaining that the receipt has the "no return/refund policy" printed in LARGE letters. A simple 'I am sorry' would have gone a long way. Instead, she proceeded to add insult to injury by explaining Mont Blanc was a "luxury" brand, and she wondered what I did for work. Wow, flabbergasted. She also wanted the paper box it was wrapped in & on explaining it tore while opening, she said "isn't that careless'. WTH is wrong with this woman? I want the $500 my husband spent on this debauchery, returned promptly. If Mont Blanc really cares about its reputation, why would it hire such an uncouth woman to represent the brand? #worstcustomerservice #montblancsucks
