I really wanted this experience yesterday to be enjoyable with my family, however it was not. I scheduled an appointment at 2 o'clock and did not leave until 6:00 pm. We had two manicures, two pedicures & one gel manicure and pedicure. We were not told that they would all be done individually from the beginning & they BOOKED US ANYWAY. As other customers arrived, they would even stop our services and make our appointments even more delayed. If they would have told us that they only have two people working in advance, we would have gone somewhere else. Another factor of this rating is the quality of work. My nails are like a cloudy pink color because they didn't even fill it in and my cuticles have color on them, my grandma's nails have already turned yellow and my mom's toes look as far from elegant French as you can get (which they charged for). Then, the overall charge of $235.00.... in what world is this quality work worth that much???? They should have apologized for the inappropriate delays, taking customers between our SCHEDULED services and the shitty work. Instead, they charged us an extra $5.00 after forgetting for the French. A joke. AND my mom is so nice, she tipped them. I would suggest not going to this nail salon, there are waaaaaay too many of these places in this city to go to a terrible salon with poor quality, poor selection of colors and no customer service skills.
