From booking to escaping the room it was such a great experience. I first spoke to Ann on the phone and she is the one that helped me book everything and gave me detailed information about each room. I let her know that there was a total of 25 people attending and she was accommodating for our availability start time. I received an email confirming that it had been booked and received reminders up to the day of the actual "Escape" day. The guys at the location were friendly and organized. The instructions were clear and they made the experience that much better. Everyone in the office had a really great time and could not stop talking about it! They all were making plans to return. I would do this all over again!
They had 3 different rooms to choose from and there may be a possibility of a 4th room in the near future....
