We have been going to Dr. Bower for many years and recently followed him to this location. Dr. Bower is the only reason I give two stars. He deserves 5, no question, but the staff at this place rates 0. The front desk attendant prefers to have at least 1 customer so that she may put callers on hold for extended periods. BEFORE entering an exam room she sprays everything with a disinfectant instead of AFTER the visit. This puts you in a wet room(?). But the worst was two days ago. We finally had to say goodbye to our oldest cat that Dr. Bower gave wonderful care to for 14 years. We arranged for a crematory to pick her up. Next day we get a call from the driver that he was at Parkway Springs Vet and the attendant could not find our cat. We called her direct and she told us that there was no one there even though the driver was standing in front of her. She finally relented and called Dr. Bower who directed her to hand over our cat that was simply in the back room. In closing, if you need to see Dr. Bower or if you have another Dr. there that you like, tell the attendant who you are there to see and then sit in the lobby until your vet comes out. Also, consider paying cash. I would not trust check or credit card info with the attendant.
