Wow, these guys at Action Glass are really slow. Our bathroom remodel is done except for the shower glass, so our shower is still unusable. The order was placed 3 weeks ago. Jeff, our contact, does not communicate well - I am always calling him to get an update. We paid 50% upfront which may not have been a smart idea. Lets hope the glass (and Jeff) show up soon. Not happy at all. Stay tuned....
9/4 - Our shower enclosure was finally installed! Its been 3 weeks and 3 days since we received the final quote. It looks beautiful, a very professional job. But no mention of the delay today. And more importantly, no apology. So it makes me think that my experience is normal for them. 4 stars is "Yay - I'm a fan". I don't feel that way at all. So I give them 3 stars which is A-OK. Customer service & communication need a lot of improvement before I'd recommend them to a friend.
