I am doing another updated review due to the fact I've lived in this complex for so many years. I recently had a very minor problem with the flooring in my kitchen. Some of the laminate was sinking. I was a very small area and not an emergency request. In fact I told the office whenever the maintenance staff could get to it was fine. Full maintenance staff including the head of the team arrived today, 6/29/18 promptly at 9am. I left for work as the crew got to work. I thought they were just going to replace the small damaged area. When I returned from work tonight all my flooring was replaced. Everything! Behind the refrigerator, entrance, bathroom, behind washer/dryer. It's absolutely amazingly high quality work and beautiful. I really appreciate the maintenance staff and the office for going above and beyond. Really excellent service. Professional, kind, clean. Everything was done to the highest standards.
