After reading the majority of these reviews I thought I must be living in a completely different complex. Me and my wife have been living here for close to 2 years and up to this point we haven't had any issues that warrant anything below 3 stars. We had no move-in problems, Staff has always and I mean always been friendly, professional and took care of business when requested. The Maintenance crew responds timely and makes the repairs we've needed. Security at the gate has changed I believe twice, which tells me the management has heard the complaints and made changes. I won't comment much on Security since I've been in that career field for over 30 years (Police, Security & Military). I know that you can't please everyone especially if they feel inconvenience and your just trying to do your job. All in all, the location, my apartment setup, gated entry and Staff have been good to me. We've enjoyed staying here and will continue till we get our house.
Can't finish without at least one concern: We hope rent don't increase!!
