If I could give this a zero star I would for the lack of speed of service. We waited in line for over 40 minutes to get our two coffees. The staff is incredibly slow and are not in any kind of a hurry to serve you. Why on earth would a staff member be leaving when the line is out the door and wrapped out into the hallway? Just unexceptionable for any kind of Starbucks. Especially since this Starbucks is connected to the convention center you would think they would have their " a game on". Nope not this one. I'll be giving my money to the coffee shop in the convention center for the rest of my stay. Thanks Starbucks!
