This place sets the standard for excellent customer service! While on a road trip to Vegas we caught a flat tire. I called several locations for a new tire and they gave me an inflated price (lol). I spoke with Wade who stated he could order the tire for me and he also quoted me a fair price which I found myself on the internet. Although we did not have time to order the tire and wait for delivery as we were on a small weekend getaway, Wade told me to bring my tire in to see if it could be repaired. He stated he was busy with customers and to come by at a certain time because he wanted to make certain he could help us. We came at the time he stated, Brandon told us to pull around to the side and took out our tire from the trunk (we were using a dummy). They observed the tire damage and determined it could be repaired. They told us to come back before closing which was great because we wanted minimal interruption of our stay in Vegas. We came back and they had the tire repaired and installed it for us all for FREE! We truly appreciate your service! We made it home to Los Angeles safely and the tire is still going strong!
