They take regular gyro meat and throw it in the grill with Sriracha sauce. The end results is perfectly crispy and spicy gyro meat. They make the rest of the gyro exactly like any other gyro. Lots of freshness, including veggies and tzatziki sauce. The pita was perfect.
Everyone who worked there was extremely nice and friendly. They are conveniently located right off Camelback and have ample parking.
