They don't care. I've tried for over 3 months to get internet back on in my apartment. Though it's in the contract that they provide this, they've failed to appropriately do so. I can't access my homework assignments without either standing outside by their access point, or going to a library. And I'm sorry, but I like to be focused and sitting in a hard chair (not standing) at a table where I can spread out my textbooks and laptop so that I can remain in-the-zone. Secondly, the neighbors are awful. the people downstairs have fights every night until about midnight. And since the ceiling/floor is not brick, YOU CAN HEAR EVERYTHING. Furthermore, expect to be verbally assaulted and threatened by other residents because they don't follow their contracts. I moved someone's chair because I needed to do laundry and take out the trash. I was advised that if I touched this person's stuff again, she'd "bash [my] face in". Lastly, the cockroaches... need I say more? I've never had a problem with them before living here, but there is a nest somewhere close by and management hasn't bothered to seek it out and destroy it.
