Why can't hertz get it right. My last 2 trips to Phoenix Sky Harbor I reserved a Toyota Carolla. I ask for the Carolla because it has a huge trunk & gets great gas mileage. Did I get a what I reserved???? NO!!!!!! The first time I they gave me a dirty Fiat that my luggage didn't fit in. Today I got a Doge Dart, which had so much air freshener in it I had an asthma attack, no cruise control & bad brakes that grab. My back is killing me from the seats & my knee is done in from the gas pedal & brakes. I've rented from Hertz for years, but my 3 previous rentals have been disasters. Not the way to treat a Gold Plus member. #NEED TO FIND A NEW CAR RENTAL COMANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
