I came here after a hair dye disaster and was happy to have a friendly woman stylist who was able to make it look better. Sadly, it took her nearly five hours, and cost me well over $300, before tip. The atmosphere is really rushed, trendy, and a lot of the staff give off an air of being condescending, instead of welcoming, to their customers. Even though I had an appointment, they made me wait for a good 45 minutes. My entire day was shot, and the worst part was how horrible my hair looked as soon as I washed it once and unable to re-create whatever magic the stylist whipped up at the salon.
