I am so upset at the service here. They don't listen to anything you say. I get it that their trying to fast and efficient but you gotta pay attention to what your customers are saying to you! They literally mess up two bowls for me and ignore the customers that was behind me. I ask for no cheese, then they go and add cheese. I tell them half a scoop black beans, then they go and out 1 1/2 scoop! Omg that piss me off already. I said whatever it fine, it's just food so I'll go home and take the beans out. Then I head over so they can add my meat in and I specifically said half barbacoa & steak and she put chicken only..... omg what is wrong with how they operate this place. I will definitely not be a regular here. This happen to me twice already at this location. Management here needs to be control better.
