Please don't review this business if you received a freebie for writing a review, or if you're connected in any way to the owner or employees. They should change their company logo to a middle finger pointing at their customers instead. I purchased a "tune-up" Groupon and they did come out, but rather than actually rendering the service they instead just left me with an estimate. I called them and they agreed to come out on a second appointment to perform the service, but then called me the day before to reschedule me for "next week." That day came and I called in the morning to confirm my appointment which was to take place between "12 and 3." They said that yes, their technician will come during that time window, however it ended up being a no-call, no-show and they wasted my entire day waiting for them. Groupon wouldn't refund me either, but they rather wanted to offer me store credit. I will never again pay Groupon for any service because of this and neither should you. Instead, you should call the vendor, ask for the offer, and pay them directly. But make sure you only pay people like this with a credit card since it gives you rights to dispute charges when they don't comply.
